Animations and reduced motion

Motion in DMRealm is functional rather than decorative — it shows what moved, what was added, and where a panel came from. It is also entirely optional.
Two things are honoured#
- Your operating system's reduced-motion setting, automatically, with no configuration.
- An Animations preference in the app, which turns product motion off independently of the OS.
With either off, transitions are removed rather than shortened, and nothing is communicated by animation alone — a state that was shown by movement is also shown by a static difference.
