Realm settings is where a realm stops being a private notebook and becomes something shared, themed, and governed.
What lives here#
| Area | What you control |
|---|---|
| Members and invites | Who belongs to the realm, their roles, and pending invitations. |
| Groups | Named sets of members — a party, a table — that permissions can be granted to at once. |
| Public access | Whether the realm has a public face at all. Off means nothing publishes. |
| Game system | Which rule system the realm uses, which decides the shape of stat blocks. |
| Content warnings | Flags shown before heavy material is read. |
| Tags | The colour and symbol each tag shows wherever it appears. Editors and above can change them. |
| Storage | The realm's asset quota and what is using it. |
| Modules | Which parts of the app this realm shows, so an unused module stays out of the way. |
| Trash | Deleted records, restorable rather than gone. |
