Storage and asset quotas
How much a realm can hold, and what to do when it fills up.

Each realm has an asset storage quota covering uploads, personal imports, and generated images. Shared assets added from reviewed Asset Catalogs are exempt; marking an upload as a catalog asset does not make it exempt.
When a realm is near its limit#
- Open Realm settings and find Storage to see what is using space.
- Delete assets nothing references. The library shows what an asset is attached to before you remove it.
- Empty the realm's trash — deleted assets still occupy space until it is cleared.
- Re-crop or re-upload very large source images if you kept originals you no longer need.
