Campaigns and the campaign lens
How one realm hosts several playthroughs without them contaminating each other.

A campaign is one playthrough inside a realm. Several can share a setting — a Tuesday group and a Saturday group in the same world, or a sequel two centuries later.
What the lens scopes#
| Belongs to the realm | Belongs to the campaign |
|---|---|
| NPCs, locations, factions, creatures, items | Journal sessions and notes |
| The wiki and its pages | Quest progress |
| Calendars and their structure | Where 'now' sits on the calendar |
| Assets and the map library | Which adventurers are currently playing |
So a city you wrote for one group is available to the next, while the second group's progress through a quest starts empty rather than inheriting the first group's completed steps.
