Someone cannot see a realm or a page
What to check when a member reports missing access.

Missing access is almost always one of four things. Work down the list in order — they run from most to least common.
- Check the invitation was accepted. A sent invitation is not membership until the person opens it and signs in.
- Check they signed in with the email you invited. A different Google account is a different user, even for the same person.
- Check the record's visibility, not just their role. An editor still cannot see a DM-only section — role and visibility are separate.
- Check any group grant. If access was granted to a group, they need to be in that group, not merely in the realm.
