AI IN DMREALM

How DMRealm uses AI

Assistance attached to what you are working on — not a chatbot in the corner.

AI in DMRealm is deliberately unglamorous. There is no single chat window you describe your world to. Instead, the tools sit on the pages where the work happens, and they already know what you are looking at.

What it can draft

  • NPCs, with motivations, voice, and hooks — and a portrait if you want one.
  • Creatures and stat blocks, as a starting draft to adjust.
  • Encounters, including tactics, complications, and rewards.
  • Quests, factions and their rosters, items, and lore.
  • Calendar holidays, and timelines pulled out of what you have already written.
  • Session recaps and 'previously on' summaries from your journal.
  • Rewrites of a passage you have selected — expand it, tighten it, change its tone.

It works from your realm

When you ask for a draft, the app gathers relevant material from your realm and gives it to the model — and it gathers only what you are allowed to see. You can also point at specific things with @ to say exactly what should be taken into account.

Mosswick

Mosswick is the companion in the app — someone to think out loud with, ask about your own realm, or get unstuck by. It works from the same permission-aware view of your world as everything else.
