SHARING YOUR REALM

Realm settings and members

Inviting people, setting roles, and the switches that govern a realm.

Realm settings is where a realm stops being a private notebook and becomes something shared.

Members

You invite people by link or email, give them a role, and can resend or revoke an invitation before it is used. Members can be organised into groups — a party, a table, a co-writing pair — and permissions can be granted to a whole group at once rather than person by person.

Governance

  • Whether the realm has a public face at all.
  • Which game system the realm uses, which decides how stat blocks are shaped.
  • Content warnings, so heavy material is flagged before someone reads it.
  • Storage limits for the asset library.
