THE MODULES

The wiki

Where a realm stops being a database and becomes something you can read, hand over, or publish.

Everything else in DMRealm is structured — fields, links, statuses. The wiki is the opposite: it is where you compose that material into pages meant to be read.

Pages are built from blocks rather than typed as one long document, which is what lets a page pull live material out of your realm instead of duplicating it.

What a page can hold

  • Rich text, images, and buttons.
  • Previews of a person, place, or faction that stay current as you edit the original.
  • Collections — a queried list of things in your realm, rendered as cards, a table, or a chart.
  • A relationship graph of a corner of your world.
  • A timeline drawn from your calendar.
  • A read-only map.

Structure and theme

Pages nest into a tree you arrange yourself, with folders, shortcuts, and links out to the wider web. A set of themes controls how the whole wiki looks, so a grim maritime realm and a high-court fantasy realm do not have to read the same way.
