Choose a wiki theme
Themes control how the whole wiki reads for players and public readers.
On this page
The theme applies to the whole wiki rather than page by page, so a realm reads as one artefact instead of a folder of differently styled documents.
- Open the wiki's settings.
- Browse the theme presets and preview them against a real page, not the blank state.
- Apply. Every page picks it up, including the public view.
Atmosphere on one page#
Open a page in the Builder and clear the section or block selection to see Page settings in the Inspector. Atmosphere lets you choose particles and intensity for this page while keeping the Realm theme. None turns particles off; Reset override returns to the inherited choice. Each choice can be undone or redone.
Use the toolbar device control to choose Desktop, Tablet or Mobile before editing atmosphere. Tablet choices carry down to Mobile until Mobile has its own override. Auto uses the Realm atmosphere, Inherit uses a larger screen’s choice, and Override means this screen has its own choice.
The control calculates CSS prose contrast over the wash and one fading particle. A result below 4.5:1 also appears in Diagnostics and warns without blocking publication. Overlapping particles and other page backgrounds still need a visual check. Rendering details explains the CSS fallback, and reduced motion or Animations off stops particle motion.
