Visibility is set on the record, and can be set again on individual sections within it. That is what lets one NPC page hold both a public reputation and a private truth.
Set it on a record#
- Open the record and find its visibility control.
- Choose a level: public, private, DM-only, or specific people and groups.
- Save. The server applies the change at once. A player's device drops any copy they can no longer see the next time their app opens or reconnects.
Set it on a section#
- Open the record's content and select the section.
- Set that section's audience — DM-only, players, or public.
- Sections below and above keep their own audience independently.
