Turn on public access for a realm
The realm-level switch that lets published pages reach the web.

On this page
Public access is a realm-wide switch. With it off, no page publishes no matter what its own settings say — which is the safety property it exists for.
- Open Realm settings. You need the owner or admin role.
- Find Public access and turn it on.
- Confirm the realm's public address. It comes from the realm slug and is globally unique.
- Save.
What becomes visible#
Only pages that are themselves marked public and published. Turning the realm switch on does not publish anything by itself; it removes the block that was stopping already-published pages from being served.
